The masterclass includes a 60-minute reformer workout designed to challenge and invigorate, followed by a 30-minute discussion where Kimberley shares her extensive knowledge and passion for Pilates. Don’t miss this chance to transform your practice and learn from a leading expert!

Prerequisites:
Completion of a comprehensive Pilates teacher program from a Pilates Method Alliance or Pilates Associate of Australia approved school (such as Polestar Comprehensive Studio/Rehabilitation course or full Diploma)
