Educator, Physiotherapist
Darren Stojanovic is an accomplished physiotherapist and the founder of Dynamic Stability, a premier physiotherapy and Pilates studio with locations in Richmond and Ripponlea, Australia. Since earning his physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney in 1992, Darren has amassed over 30 years of experience in the field. His specialties include sports physiotherapy, spinal rehabilitation, and treating injuries related to running, football, and cricket.
Throughout his career, Darren has worked with elite athletes and sports teams, providing his expertise to the Carlton Football Club, Western Bulldogs FC, and Richmond FC. He has played a pivotal role in helping notable athletes such as Chris Judd, Patrick Cripps, Marcus Bontempelli, and Tom Lynch achieve full fitness. Additionally, he has supported Victoria’s Men’s and Women’s cricket teams and other local sports organisation’s.
Notably, Darren served as the touring physiotherapist for the Kenyan Olympic team during the lead-up to the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and the 1997 World Championships in Athens. Based in Keyna for 4 months then London for 2 months on both occaisions.
In addition to his physiotherapy practice, Darren is a certified Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner and has been an educator for Polestar Pilates International since 2003, teaching courses across the USA, Hong Kong, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and New Zealand for the past 20 years. He has also designed and taught his own pilates course “maximising performance and minimising injury in runners” all around Australia.
Darren is also a certified breathwork instructor, having studied under renowned breathwork master Dan Brulé. He has developed a comprehensive program called “Dynamic Breathwork,” which includes 4 levels focused on calming minds, peak performance, unlocking full potential, and transcendence. These sessions teach various breathwork techniques such as circular breathing, box breathing, triangle breathing, nasal and mouth breathing, breath holds, transformational breathwork, and TRE release work.
Darren’s program helps individuals manage emotions under pressure, alleviate anxiety, and enhance athletic performance. He is currently involved in breathwork training for the Australian Men’s Hockey team in preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics, as well as continuing his work with the Men’s and Women’s Victorian cricket teams.
