Luisa Saiter Lins

Luisa’s interest in Pilates started back in 2005 when she attended her first session. At that time Luisa was completing her university degree in Communication – Journalism in Brazil and becoming a Pilates Instructor wasn’t part of her plan. During the 5 years that followed she attended more and more classes, finding a real passion for Pilates.

In 2010, Luisa completed her diploma in Anatomy and Physiology at Stonebridge Associated Colleges with distinction. In 2011, Luisa did the Certificate IV Matwork as well as the Comprehensive Reformer through Polestar Australia. Straight after completing these courses she started the Diploma of Professional Pilates also with Polestar.

Luisa regularly attends Pilates Workshops as she understands the importance of investing in continuous education. She brings to her teaching a lovely energy and positive attitude that truly benefits her clients.
